ABSTRACT: Strategies for Promoting Digital Literacy Among Vocational Students are critical in today's digital age. This study investigated effective strategies for enhancing digital literacy in vocational training programs. The objectives were: to assess the current level of digital literacy among vocational students, to identify effective strategies for improving digital literacy, and to evaluate the impact of these strategies on students' learning and employability. A survey design was employed due to its efficiency in gathering comprehensive data from a large number of respondents, providing detailed insights. A sample size of 270 vocational training students and instructors was selected using a purposive sampling technique to include those with varying levels of digital literacy. The case study focused on the Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku, Delta State. Findings revealed that digital literacy was crucial for enhancing students' learning experiences and employability. Effective strategies included incorporating digital literacy into the curriculum, providing access to digital tools and resources, and offering workshops and training sessions. It was recommended that vocational training programs should prioritize digital literacy, provide continuous support and resources for students and instructors, and collaborate with technology companies to keep up with technological advancements.
